Studio Terms & Conditions

As a small business I need to out line these Ts & Cs as a measure to be completely transparent with anyone who would like to become or continue being a guest at the studio. Please read though carefully, these guidelines will also help answer some questions before you reach out. 

NEW CLIENTS

Throughout the year Sage Studio will be able to take on a limited amount of new clients. If you are wanting to enquire about becoming a new client, the easiest way is via TXT 0432 140 748 or EMAIL sagestudio@outlook.com.au and send through the following; a photo of your current hair, a photo of what you would like to achieve along with a brief summary of your colour history (if applicable) and home hair care you're currently using. 

The more information you provide me with the more I can assist finding you the right results. 

Please bare in mind I work alone and it may take up to 3 business days to respond. I endeavour to provide guests with my full attention and sometimes can not get to messages until the end of the day/week. 

I also can not guarantee you will be able to get the time and dates you require as I book out fast in advanced, so being flexible with you availability will help me find a time to get you in. 

All new clients will be required to pay a one off $100 non refundable booking fee. Your appointment won't be secured until this is paid and will come off the total cost of your services on the day. Should you cancel or not show up to your appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded.

ZIP PAY

At Sage Studio Perth provides ZipPay as a pay later option. You will be required to already have an account created before using in the studio. A fee of 10% is added to your service if you use a pay later option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellation and no show appointments have a massive impact on small businesses and also makes others waiting to get in miss out. To minimise this Sage Studio sends clients a reminder msg 48hrs prior to their appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule that reminder gives you adequate time to do so allowing me to contact others and fill the spot. If you do not reschedule or cancel with a minimum of 48 hours notice you will be charged $100 cancellation fee. This will need to be paid before securing your next appointment. I reserve the right to decline appointments to repeat offenders. If you need to cancel or reschedule please, TXT 0432 140 748, 48 hours or more ahead.
