Studio Terms & Conditions

As a small business, these Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure complete transparency for all guests of the studio. Please take a moment to read through them carefully, as they will also help answer some common questions before reaching out.

NEW CLIENTS

Throughout the year, Shanae @ Sage Studio takes on a limited number of new clients.

If you’d like to enquire about becoming a new client, the easiest way is via text (0432 140 748) or email (sagestudio@outlook.com.au).

 

Please include the following:
• A photo of your current hair
• A photo of your desired result
• A brief summary of your colour history (if applicable)
• The home hair care products you are currently using

The more information you provide, the better I can assess your hair and guide you towards the best possible result.

Please note, I work independently and response times may be up to 3 business days. I always aim to give my guests my full attention during appointments, so replies may be sent at the end of the day or week.

As I book well in advance, I cannot guarantee specific dates or times. Flexibility with your availability will give you the best chance of securing an appointment.

All new clients are required to pay a one-off, non-refundable booking fee. Your appointment is not secured until this has been received. This fee will be deducted from your total on the day. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the booking fee will be forfeited.

ZIP PAY

Sage Studio Perth offers Zip Pay as a payment option. You must have an active account set up prior to your appointment.

A 10% surcharge applies to all services paid using a pay-later option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on a small business and prevent other clients from securing appointments.

To help manage this, a reminder message is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. This provides sufficient time to reschedule or cancel if needed, allowing the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service(s). This fee must be paid prior to securing any future bookings.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointment requests being declined.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text 0432 140 748 with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
